Your information may be held by us in any form. You agree that we may use, analyse and access your information to maintain and develop our relationships with you. Other organisations may also access and use this information to prevent fraud and money laundering. You also agree that the information you provide can be used by us and other companies we require to:

- To assist us in identifying products and services which may be of interest to you.
- To assist us or any financial institution in making credit decisions about you.

If you do not give consent for your data to be passed to our selected partners please do not agree to our terms and conditions.
Means of Contact
Unless ‘You’ inform Us differently you hereby give full permission to The Moneyhub Limited to contact you by letter, telephone, fax, including automated dialling, e-mail, SMS, social media or any other means of communication about products and services which may be of interest to you and which are offered by us now or in the future. This permission also extends to any other group that The Moneyhub Limited could be involved with in the future for the purposes of finding a product to meet your needs.
Fees
The Moneyhub Limited may charge you a fee for its service and this fee will be disclosed as soon as possible. You agree that on proceeding with any financial deal arranged through The Moneyhub Limited that you will pay the fee required as soon as possible.
Cancellation
‘You’ have a right to cancel. These terms do not affect any rights you may have Under Section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act. ‘You’ must put your request to cancel in writing to The Moneyhub Limited notifying ‘Us’ of your request to cancel.
‘You’ have a right of access to your information held by credit reference and fraud prevention agencies on payment of a fee. If you ask we will tell you the name and address of the credit reference and fraud prevention agencies we may use.
We may record and / or monitor telephone calls to enhance security, resolve complaints, improve our customer service and for staff training purposes.
Your Consent

Loan Quotes Accuracy
You will hold The Moneyhub Limited harmless for all quotations or information received. The Moneyhub Limited takes every care to ensure the accuracy of the loan quotes which are based on the latest information available from the lenders at that time. However, the lenders reserve the right to change APRC rates and underwriting criteria at any time and without notice. This may result in a change to the loan offered to you or may result in the loan offer being withdrawn.
The accuracy of the loan quotes depends upon the accuracy of the information you have provided. The Moneyhub Limited and the lenders on the panel will conduct checks to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. If information you have provided changes as a result of these checks, the original loan offer may be changed or withdrawn. All Applications will be processed on the basis that you have obtained the necessary consent to include any other named person(s) on this application. You should not proceed with this application if you do not have consent from the other named persons to do so.
Exclusions
The Moneyhub Limited shall not in any circumstances be liable for any breach of obligation or decision not to lend to ‘You’ by any lender, financier, bank, financial institution ‘You’ will solely be liable for any direct and indirect losses ‘You’ suffer in the event of being unable to obtain a satisfactory loan or finance offer. ‘We’ will incur no liability for any losses or hardship you suffer whilst you are seeking finance on our online website and subsequent discussions and applications ‘We’ cannot take any responsibility for any additional credit searches ‘You’ may incur as a result of ‘Us’ passing ‘Your’ application to lenders or any of the effects these additional searches may have on ‘Your’ credit score.
We do not guarantee the provision of any loans or finance that we may propose to you. The lenders or financiers decide whether to approve a loan finance application, how much to lend or finance, at what interest rate, on which terms and on what evidence of ability to repay. Where we give examples they are only illustrations. We do not warrant that examples are the actual rates and amounts because the lenders or financiers decide whether to give approval for any loan or finance and on what terms and what APRC according to your specific circumstances.
